Harmony

While I wait for canvases to dry, I’m still producing these pieces from Harmony.
The Harmony Spiral
Posted in Digital Art on May 7th, 2010 by RyanFor today’s Harmony drawing, I’ve added a bit of the Concentric Fracture feel, though I don’t believe there are a lot of similarities.
Dark and Twisted Harmony
Posted in Digital Art on May 6th, 2010 by RyanThe new painting photos will be coming soon, but for now, here’s another Harmony drawing. I’m developing somewhat of a line here, and am considering turning it into a series.
Hooked on Harmony
Posted in Digital Art on May 5th, 2010 by RyanI made another visit to Harmony today and drew this. Some of these forms are reminding me of paintings I did about 10 years ago. I’ll have to get some of those photos for comparison.
Harmony
Posted in Digital Art on May 4th, 2010 by RyanI was recently turned on to this neat online drawing application called Harmony, and created this creepy piece on the left here. It’s a fun tool to play around with, and the way it handles drawing produces some nice unexpected results. When I have more time, I’d definitely like to see what else I can do with it.
…ok, I had to go back and try another (results on the right). If anything, I think this is showing me how I miss drawing.
New Designs, New Hysteria

After a long delay, I’m finally getting time to work on the new batch of Mass Transit layouts. I should have a preview of some of the new designs up soon.
You Draw!
Posted in Digital Art on January 26th, 2010 by RyanOk, so this one is a bit older, but it never made it to the old site, so I thought it was worth revisiting here.
A few years ago I frequented a site called You Draw that features a neat little drawing tablet, which visitors are encouraged to use to create drawings that will be featured together in a group of 500,000. This is meant to be multiplied and shown in a group of 6 billion as a representation of world population.
I got really into seeing what I could come up with using the tiny rectangle format and simple tools. These are 16 of the images I came up with, but you can view all 152 drawings I contributed on the gallery page.
You can also visit the You Draw site here.
